[Namron] Heraldic Meeting!!!

A note from a concerned neighbor: Please do not use crayons on Heraldic
submissions. Crayon use is grounds for immediate rejection of heraldic
submissions because the wax melts and creates a crabby-making mess in the
archives. Markers are lovely!
