[Namron] Archery 4/13

Because of the timing of rain chances, we are going to shift archery
practice an hour earlier tomorrow -- 11-1 instead of our usual noon start.
Please spread the word. And please check here before heading out to 4200 E.
Franklin, in case the weather deteriorates further and we have to cancel.
