[Namron] Officer notes

I could be mistaken on if we took a vote. I was thinking that after Medfair
last year that we decided that we did not have enough walls (some were
stolen with the trailer several years ago) and that we needed to order
more. Last year we were even using my personal tent walls and still were
way short. I know we talked about it and said that we should have enough
walls to do each of the tents. Maybe it was just that we were going to get
quotes on the walls, I can't be 100% sure on it, I slept since then:-) I
do know that the last couple of years there have been problems trying to
get enough walls for the living history tent, A&S tent, and Baronial tent -
we just don't have enough walls. From what I remember, we have NEVER had
enough walls to do all of the tents. Sometimes it is cold and we need those
walls, including for the 12x12 for troll so that people are not freezing.

I think it would be a good idea to get pricing on the Sunforger fabric and
the hooks and ties and see what the difference is between them. If there is
not much difference then we look at just getting the walls, if there is a
big difference then see what it would take to make them as Annabel
suggested.
