[Namron] Protectorate and Gate

Lord Galiwyn Varianes,

  I understand that you are upset and I do apologize for your current distress. When Lady Sybilla stepped down it was natural for her deputy to step up. However since she had 2 deputies, it was the responsibility of the autocrats (with council of Their Excellencies)  to choose between the two. We decided on Thomas and made the announcement before the event on Facebook, the list, and at Populace meeting. 

When you were asked to leave gate it was because it was not a time that you were signed up for. The person on shift were there but you where not letting that person work. I could have understood if you were teaching someone how to run gate but I did not observe that to be the case. You were rude to me when I brought it up to you. You were even ruder to Lady Villana when she came back with me. This is not a good leadership. 

When Their Excellencies said they would speak to you later, I am sure it was implied that later was after the event. At an event that they are hosting, they have over 200 guest from other areas that wish for their time. I feel that you have not given them an opportunity to get with you. Now you have called them and us as autocrats, out openly and in doing so you have demonstrated a lack of patience and judgement. This is not the first event that there has been an issue with you at the gate. I am sorry you feel you can no longer work with us. If you change your mind in the future, please get with the powers that be to get a list of duties and expectations so that we can avoid any further issues. Please feel free to come and speak with me privately if I have not fully addressed your concerns in this matter. Thank you.
