[Namron] Med Fair Hospitality Tent

Greetings!

We will be having a hospitality tent for those individuals
volunteering/working in the SCA embassy. There will be food available for
lunch, as well as any snacks people would like to bring. Friday we will be
having pulled pork sandwiches and Saturday we will have the makings for ham
and turkey sandwiches. Sunday is too be determined (based on how many
leftovers we have from Friday and Saturday) – maybe pasta. My budget is
mainly going towards the meats and basic supplies for the tents so I put
together a sign-up sheet for donations that are needed. The items on the
sheet are suggestions to help complete the main portion of the meals, but
if you would prefer to bring something else it is more than welcome and
will be greatly appreciated – just add you name and item to the bottom of
the list! You should be able to sign up on the spreadsheet, but if it
doesn’t work, please message me and I will add it. You can either bring the
donations with you to the event (the morning they are needed or earlier) or
we can arrange for me to pick them up before.
