[Namron] Bottles and Bards Tavern Bids

[Seneschal of Namron via Namron]

The Barony of Namron is now accepting bids for tavern at Bottles and Bards!

Tavern bids are due by 8:00 pm on Monday September 18th. Please send all
bids to the financial committee and the autocrats at the email addresses
listed below. Preference will be given to bids with the proceeds going to
the barony for the dedicated fund for the segment in Ada (Oak Spring).

Bottles and Bards will be held October 20-22 at Longmire Lake in Stratford,
OK.

Please provide a bid including breakfast, lunch, and dinner tavern for
Saturday of the event. Please include the menu, tavern budget, meal prices,
and proposed profit in the bid.

The site does not have a kitchen. There is water at the bath house building
and limited power at the pavilion.
