[Namron] Beltaine Planning Meeting This Coming Monday

Greetings all!
It was announced last night at Namron's populace meeting that myself and Milady Sunewa Karadottir Kelly Renee McKinnon will be autocratting Beltaine this year! We are super excited and looking forward to an awesome event!

Beltaine will be held April 28-30 at Will Rogers Boy Scout Camp in Cleveland, Oklahoma.

The event will have a mythical creatures theme and will include tournaments to determine Namron's thrown weapon's and archery champions. A foolery competition will be held before evening court. A bardic competition will be held after evening court. Celtic games will be played! Spangs will be hewn! A mythical creatures themed quest and costume contest will occur and much, much, more!

But, to ensure that all of these awesome events can take place, Milady Sunewa and I need YOUR help! We are in need of volunteers to help run many different aspects of the event.

For more information on how you can get involved, please plan to attend our first Beltaine planning meeting set for 7:30 p.m. on Monday February 6 during Open Arts and Sciences at the West Wind Unitarian Universalist Church, 1309 W. Boyd, Norman. For those who cannot attend in person, we will be live streaming the meeting on Facebook.
