[Namron] Herald's Office is Accepting Applications

PLEASE NOTE THE DATE CHANGE:

The office of baronial Herald is now open and accepting applications.
Applications are due by DECEMBER populace meeting (12/7/17).

This is a change from what was announced in Thursday's meeting. Please see
the attached for information on the position, how to apply and a couple of
