[Namron] Medieval fair set up

Greetings all! 
It is the week before medieval fair and as such, we will be meeting on Wednesday evening at 6 PM at their excellencies house 4200 e franklin rd in norman to grab the trailer and the items we need. 

After their excellencies house, we will head to Annabelle’s at 625 Kansas In norman. 

Once everything is loaded, we will head out to Reaves Park to start set up. 

If you have a tent that we are using and can bring it to the park Wednesday, please do so. 
The spots will be marked so that you know where your tent is going and you can start setting it up before we get there. 

We will meet at Reaves park to finish setting up on Thursday at six. 

Namron populous meeting is Thursday as well, so we will hold populace meeting at the park.
