[Namron] 4-22-18 Thrown Weapons Practice Cancelled

[Thrown Weapons Marshal of Namron]

Good Morning Namron!

As you may have noticed we had a lot of rain yesterday and today  the wind
is being an ol' blow hard. So I regret to inform you we will be cancelling
thrown weapons practice on account of it being too soggy and windy.  On the
plus side this gives me and the deputies time to go to the hardware store
and start to price the materials we need for building new target stands.
