[Namron] Updated Baronial Polling Information

[Seneschal of Namron]

An updated file with all of the information about the upcoming Baronial
polling is attached.

It includes an updated schedule, updated polling form and letters from both
candidate pairs - Gaelan Garrett & Brenna Garrett (Scot Wengland and Carrie
LuAnn Wengland) and Andrew Turnbull & Kyna Terricsdottir (Andrew Steeley
and Kylie Alvis Steeley).

As a reminder: Candidate discussion on email lists and social media should
avoided. If you have questions for the baronial candidates, contact them
directly, not on a list. Their contact information is included with their
letters.

Both sets of candidates will be giving short introductions at January's
baronial business meeting. It will take place at 7:30 pm at the Natural
Grocers in Norman, 1918 West Main St, Norman, Oklahoma 73069. Everyone is
encouraged to attend.

The polling will take place at the February baronial populace meeting.
Everyone is encouraged to participate in the polling - this includes paid
members and non-members.

Please be sure to read the FAQs portion of the attached file - it has a lot
of good information about the polling process, dates, and ways to
participate in the polling. If you have any other questions, please let me
