[Namron] Baronial Polling Information Update

[Seneschal of Namron]

Greetings Namron!

The baronial polling portion of the website has been updated. It now
includes the revised schedule as well as links to the letters of intent and
a question and answer page. A member of the populace asked each candidate
the same questions. With the candidate's approval, the questions and their
answers are now available online and are included on the question and
answer page.

Important dates for the populace:

   - Tonight, Thurday 1/18: Both sets of candidates will present 5-minute
   introductions at the beginning of Namron’s monthly business meeting. All
   are welcome and encouraged to attend.
   - Tuesday, January 30, 2018: (One week before polling.) Send an email to
   Crown and Heirs with commentary about the candidates. (
   crown at ansteorra.org, coronet at ansteorra.org)
   - Thursday, February 1, 2018: Polling occurs. This will take place *during
   populace meeting*. If you are unable to attend populace meeting,
   absentee polling forms will be available, see below for deadline associated
   with absentee polling forms.
   - Thursday, February 8, 2018: All absentee polls are due by email to
   kingdom seneschal  (seneschal at ansteorra.org). All commentary is due to
   Crown and Heirs (crown at ansteorra.org, coronet at ansteorra.org)

The website also has some answers to frequently asked questions regarding
pollings. If you have other questions, please let me (the baronial
seneschal), the northern regional seneschal, or kingdom seneschal know. Our
contact information is on the polling web page.

If you have additional questions for the candidates, you are encouraged to
reach out to them by email or set up a time to talk with them. Tonight's
meeting will only have the candidate speeches and will not include a
question/answer time. Any questions will need to be handled outside of
tonight's meeting.

On a side note, a big thank you to our webminister Yancy who has been
working hard adding polling information as it is received!
