[Namron] Thrown Weapons Practice 09-15-19

[Thrown Weapons Marshal of Namron]

Good morning Namron!

I regretfully have to cancel Thrown Weapons practice today. The officer and
the deputies have obligations to attend that couldn't be rescheduled. I
hate to miss our last opportunity to practice before 40th Year, but these
things happen.
