Closing in July are the following bids for Protectorate XLIV:

The Barony of Namron is now accepting feast bids for Protectorate XLIV,
October 2-4, 2020, at Camp Graham Ball in Holiday, Texas. A well-appointed
kitchen is available for use. There is no set theme for the event. Please
send bids to the Financial Committee at finance at namron.ansteorra.org. Bids
close July 2, 2020, 9:00 pm CST.

The Barony of Namron is now accepting Tavern bids for Protectorate XLIV,
October 2-4, 2020, to be held at Camp Graham Ball in Holliday, TX.

Preferences are for Saturday breakfast and lunch, and a light breakfast on
Sunday, however, all bids are warmly welcomed.  Coffee is a huge bonus!
Facilities are limited, but water and electricity are available.

Funding options; please specify in your bid:
1. Tavern funded by the Barony of Namron, with proceeds retained by the
Barony.
2. Tavern funded by an official SCA group (not incipient groups or
households), with proceeds retained by the group.
3. Per the Barony of Namron's Financial Policy, privately funded taverns
will be required to submit proof of sales tax ID prior to the event.
