[Namron] Resumption of Marshal Activities Survey

[Baron of Namron]

The Landed Nobility and Seneschals of Namron and Wiesenfeuer are seeking
feedback on the resumption of marshal activities.  The Kingdom has
developed a plan to reopen marshal activities including chivalric combat,
steel combat, thrown weapons, archery and equestrian activities.  Details
