[Namron] Protectorate XLIV Event Steward

Greetings, all!

We are pleased to announce that Boiarynia Koia Karasova will be the Event
Steward for Protectorate XLIV, October 2-4, 2020. The event is currently
planned at Camp Graham Ball in Holiday, TX, and we will hold all of our
championships at this event. Scheduling in advance is tricky right now, but
Koia has also offered to incorporate virtual aspects, or to provide a fully
virtual event, if necessary.
