Hi Namron!,

There are lots of things going on the Barony right now and we wanted to
highlight a few of the things. Please check out the details below and let
us know if you have any questions or if we can help.

*Cookie Swap:*

We had such a good time with Beltane's cookie swap we decided to do another
one! The cookie swap is an opportunity to share cookies with other cookie
bakers from around the Kingdom. Everyone who wants to participate will
sign up to bake and send a dozen cookies to someone else and in return will
receive a dozen cookies made just for them! This time there is a fall

Here are the steps to participate:

• Fill out the online survey form before midnight on Monday,
September 21st. Here is the link:

• Sometime on Tuesday, September 22nd, receive an email with
your recipient’s information.

• Bake a dozen or more of your favorite fall homemade cookies.

• Package cookies and be sure to include your name and either a
recipe or a list of ingredients.

• Mail or deliver your cookies so that your recipient receives
them on or before Saturday, October 3rd.

• Enjoy the cookies someone sent you!

If you have questions email baron at namron.ansteorra.org.

*Other Activities at Protectorate:*

We have had several people interested in teaching a class or hosting an
activity at Virtual Protectorate. If you have a class you would like to
teach contact Lady Villana, as she is coordinating the class schedule. If
there is something you would be interested in leading please let us know so
that we can work it into the schedule.

*Pumpkins for Protectorate:*

The Marshals of Namron have some fun demonstrations planned for Virtual
Protectorate and are in need of pumpkins. Their plans include both the
smaller baking pumpkins and larger carving pumpkins. If you would like to
contribute some pumpkins, please contact our Seneschal, or ourselves to
coordinate drops offs.

Even if you aren’t donating pumpkins, but run across somewhere to get them
please let us know! The pumpkins don’t have to be perfect quality – they
can be a little overripe, dented, etc. We know it is a little early in the
season to buy pumpkins, but the marshals need time to coordinate and film
their activities so we are hoping we can find some.

*Artisan help with Protectorate prizes:*

We love showing off the artwork of our local artisans as prizes, and so we
are looking for some artisans to make a few prizes that will be given out
at Virtual Protectorate.

Book Binding: We are hoping to find a book binder who would be willing to
make one or two small prizes for the event.

Stone or Wood Carver: We have an idea for a special prize that needs the
skills of a stone of wood carver.

If either of these this is something you would like to do, reach out to us
and let us know.
