[Namron] Missile Practice 08-15-2021 & future practices

[Thrown Weapons Marshal of Namron]

Howdy gang.

There will be no more missile practice held by Raulff or myself. Any
Marshal could run the range if an officer is present, but that
responsibility will have to be shouldered by others.

We love you Namron. We'll see you again eventually.
