[Namron] Award Recommendations Reminder

Protectorate and Axeman are both coming up and this is your reminder to
submit award recommendations! We would love to hear from you about all of
the wonderful things people in the Barony and Canton are doing. You are
welcome to submit recommendations at any time, but please submit them as
soon as possible so that we are able to coordinate scrolls, regalia, court
etc. for these upcoming events. We would like them as soon as possible, but
be sure to submit them by September 30th for Protectorate and October 15th
for Axeman.
