[Namron] Barony of Namron Seneschal

[Northern Seneschal]

 Someone in our Region who needs neither introduction nor explanation, Kyna
Terricsdottir has been chosen to be the new Seneschal for the Barony of
Namron.

Thank you Kolfinna Egilsdóttir for your service as Seneschal. Your reports
were always very complete, timely, and have a good grasp on what being a
leader is in our organization.
