PROTECTORATE -FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD!
When making your personal meal prep/food plans please keep in mind that no in-ground fires are permitted at Camp Graham Ball.  Only above-ground fire pits are allowed.  This is subject to change if an Archer County Texas Burn Ban is activated. Always have a fire extinguisher handy when working with any type of fire.
FEAST MENU with INGREDIENTS  (Saturday, 7:30pm)
($12 - as of Monday 9/26 there are about 28 feasts available for purchase at gate. Preregistration is closed.)
First Remove
● Cheese Goo in Bread Bowls ○ Brie Cheese, Cream Cheese, Butter, White Pepper, plain bread bowls
● Vegetables for Dipping ○ Just celery and carrots
Second Remove
● Quiche ○ Eggs, Cheese, Onions, Spinach, Flour, Butter ○ Some with and Some Without Bacon
● Fruit Compote ○ Mixed Fruits, brandy, butter and Sugar (Cooked)
Third Remove
● Chicken stuffed Pork Loin (1.5 hour cook time @ 325) ○ Chicken, Pork, Maple Syrup, Onion, Seasonings and cheese
● Roasted Roots (45 minutes @325) ○ Various Roots (Carrots, Beets, Potatoes, etc), Onions, Olive Oil and Seasonings
Fourth Remove
● Cinnamon Roll Muffins ○ Flour, Butter, leavening, cinnamon, sugar, APPLE or CHERRY pie topping

TAVERN ($5 per plate)
First Breakfast (Saturday 8am)
French Toast, Eggs- likely scrambled, Bacon, Polish Kielbasa, Hash Browns
Lunch (Saturday 12pm)
Barbeque Chicken Bites, 3 cheese Mac and Cheese (Gouda, Muenster, Cheddar), Roasted Root Vegetables (Carrots, small red potatoes and one other seasonal root veggie probably parsnip)
Second Breakfast (Sunday 8am)
Eggs, Bacon, Hash Browns, Fresh fruit (Oranges, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
