Officer Reports:
Exchequer:
Beltane prereg is open
Oakspring needs black star to open PayPal prereg

A&S:
We have moved to The Well as a meeting space.
Lots of newcomers.
Deputies are awesome.
We have had 2 meetings at the well.
This week we had almost 20 people show!

Quartermaster:
Need to check phred and phrederica the shingles need repaired on both

Hospitaler/med fair:
We have business cards!!
Need Friday hospitality tent for medfair
Need Friday volunteers
Wed April 2 is shed load out
Thursday April 3 is setup. Need all hands on deck if we can.
Hospitaler’s warrant is expiring in June/july

Heavy marshal:
Wednesday practice this week was unofficial. Practice is at 6:30 on
Wednesdays and thursdays in piedmont.

Rapier Marshal: Cost for practice has been upped from $2 a practice to $3.
Practice resumed this week post

Thrown Weapons Marshal: weather has been affecting our ability to host
practice

Event Stewards - Med Faire, Beltane, Coronet

Beltane: Villana
Need someone to haul cat and Orlando’s trailer that will be full of
baronial stuff
Need a gate coordinator: paperwork provided by exchequer. You will just
organize the gate shifts
Site herald
Site maintenance
Spang hewing: organize spang throwing at TE
Lyra and cat are running brunch sideboard
Still need dinner tavern
Matthew is smoking 5 lbs of bacon

Webminister: we have a website! We also have an android app for the
website.
Prelim coronet website is somewhat up

Upcoming demos:
Shawnee Medieval Faire - April 26-27th demo opportunity
GalaxyCon (details coming)

B&B:
Looking into to new meeting spaces
Are we able to finish painting Gwenneth before med fair
Beltane prize baskets needs donations from artisans
Galaxy con

VMA 2:
Need tavern bids

Action Items:
Bids for Namron protectorate are now open
