NR - I'm back, and is there an Archive?

Sorry to have been away so long, but due to an oversight I lost my internet connection while I was at the war.  Anyway, I haven't been privy to the discussions on this list since the 20th of March, when my e-mail box filled up. It appears that there have been a lot of discussions in the past month, and I would like to see if there is an archive?  List Administrators?  Anyone?

Also, since I'm not clear on all that is happening, if I respond to a post with info that has already been hashed about, please excuse my ignorance.  I'll try to remedy it at the first available moment.
