NR - Regional Identity

     I have missed most of this conversation as I have just now joined the 
"list".  But after one visit to Pennsic I believe that the "stencil" may NOT 
be a bad idea for all of the Northern Region, as we are not as invisible to 
the rest of the knowne world as we are to the Southern region a lttle 
recognition of  our traveling would be nice!
