A Few thoughts.

    I go to events to have fun with my friends.  Most of the time I do have 
fun.  I don't enjoy bickering, veiled insinuations and nasty politics, so I 
don't play those games and I don't hang around with those who do.  
Consequently when I go to events I usually have fun.  We have these periodic 
eruptions of nastiness in the region and they always seem to involve the same 
group of people.  And these same people keep talking about such and such 
event was not any fun and how they are not happy about this, that and the 
other.  About tensions and unpleasantness ruining their events.  Maybe they 
are hanging around with the wrong people.  I'm having fun, my friends are 
having fun.  If what you are doing isn't fun then maybe you need to change 
what you are doing, instead of trying to get everyone else to change what 
they are doing.  Just a thought.

    I do not know the details about this current bit of unpleasantness.  I do 
know Ulf and Myleah and I have no doubt that they are doing what they believe 
is right, and if they believe they are doing the right thing they probably 
are.
