Yeah, I think Mooneschadowe would do it, but I, personally, would 
have to throw a big hissy fit if somebody imposed an autocrat on 
us that we didn't pre-approve.   That just doesn't make sense.  

I don't have a problem with having an autocrat from outside the 
group, but I'd like to have some say in whether or not we'd actually 
want to work with that autocrat.
