I myself remember those days as well when it was simple and there wasn't all
that finger pointing and spreading false rummors about people and groups.
And when you think everything is finally at a rest and you think things are
back to normal the same few people have to start things all over again
because either they didn't get their way and are very immiture about it and
have to make others out to be the bad guys to hide the fact that they are
really the so called bad guy. Or that someone hold a grudge on someone
because someone told that person that they were in the wrong. you know
things like that. And the worst of it is the ones who get high ranking
awards and it really goes to their heads. I see this all over the Kingdom.
You will never stop people from spreading false or bad rummors or bring
things from the mundane world into the SCA world. Some just can't seprate
the two. There is a lot of people in this Kingdom that just don't know when
to quit no matter how much they get told about it. There is a very simple
solution to the whole problem but too bad that it falls upon deaf ears. I
stay because I refuse to let those that want to ruin the dream ruin mine. I
feel that those people who want to do things like are the ones who have the
problems and not I.
