Well, on a weekly basis...
Sundays: Fighter Practice
Mondays: Archery and Middle Eastern Dance (not at the same place)
Tuesdays: Dance (and one pop meeting a month)
Wednesday: One other pop meeting, one heraldry, and one officers
Thursdays: Are you kidding? This is when everyone sews and fixes armor for
events! But some scribes manage to paint anyway (usually for those
events...)
Fridays and Saturdays: Events. And the Abbey meets on Saturdays for art
and calligraphy and stuff.

There's an A&S night that moves around a bit once a month. The brewers get
together when they have enough time to pursue the Mysteries. There are some
bards that practice irregularly. And a couple of backyard fighter
practices.

And when there are no events, groups of people spontaneously generate around
grills in backyards. Ice chest are brought out like holy relics, and the
ritual of burning meat and talking about how one likes one's potato salad
ensues. Inevitably, this degenerates into a discussion of the English
oppression of the Irish, Norman ethics, Scottish lack of ethics, and how the
Vikings invented everything.
