[Northern] Beltane herald consultation

The herald consultation has had to be cancelled for
tomorrow at Beltane.  The forecast of severe thunderstorms
and very dangerous weather to travel in has forced this.
Heraldic books and papers do not take well to rain and
tornadic winds.

I will try to reschedule this same consultation for the
Eldern Hills event next Saturday.  A further post will
be sent out when this is finalized.
