[Northern] The Griffin (or Gryphon )

Call me strange ("Hey strange"), but didn't his excellency Ulf write a
song called "Nordsteorra", and make NUMEROUS references to a gryphon in
them.

To quote:
"Beware the griffin, allies of our foes".

Since I began playing in 1998, I have heard the song many times.  It is
the only reason I even like the name Nordsteorra (hey, I'd prefer
something French, who wouldn't?)

Has no one being listening to the bards?
