Greetings,

I would like to encourage all the people of the new group to consider taking
an office.

Many of the baronial officers are planning to attend, and would be happy to
discuss their duties.

I will have a stack of application forms at the meeting for you to fill out
and return to the appropriate Regional and baronial officers.

The baronial heraldic research materials will also be there for review
regarding branch name and device ideas.

shall be having thier April Meeting along with thier Excellencies Baron Ulf
and Baroness Maleah of the Barony of Namron ( our sponsoring group) Meeting

Please mention when you arrive to the troll that you are with the SCA group
to receicve discount.

All Paid members please bring your Current  Membership Cards for Polling.

shall also be asking all to submit name ideas for the populace to vote upon.
Anybody intersted in serving in office please contact me privatly or at the
meeting.
