[NR] New Oklahoma Tax Law and Merchants

   Just to be clear, the ban on merchanting remains in effect until the Kingdom seneschal repeals it.  I anticipate that it will likely be revised to allow merchants who have a tax permit to still operate at our events, but that is not my call to make.
