OIC didnt know it was done by the Kingdom. Oh well there are always Med
Faires and Ren Faires.

>    Just to be clear, the ban on merchanting remains in effect until the
Kingdom seneschal repeals it.  I anticipate that it will likely be revised
to allow merchants who have a tax permit to still operate at our events, but
that is not my call to make.
