Greetings,

For those without an Oklahoma tax number, you can down load the forms at <A HREF="http://www.oktax.state.ok.us/">
http://www.oktax.state.ok.us/</A>.  Go to Forms, Rules and Publications then 
Publications then download Packet A.  It is a pdf file and is 20 pages long.  I spoke 
with someone at Taxpayer Assistance and she said that it takes up to 4 weeks 
for the forms to process.  Hope this helps.
