[NR] Northern Regional Fighter Practice

I just wanted to thank the Shire of Brad Leah for hosting a wonderful
Northern regional fighter practice.  We had fourteen fighters there from
5 different groups, and fought really hard in both singles and melees.
I wanted to thank everyone who came down and fought, and the many others
who came down to talk, kibitz, and generally hang out with everybody.

Finally, I would like to extend a special thanks to Hans and Monica, who
spent lots of effort getting the location, food, and drinks for all the
participants and crowd.

Also, I would like to ask a question.  Given that February has Border
Wars the first weekend, Eldern's Ansteorra Tribute the second weekend,
and River Run's Melee event in the fourth weekend, is it still
worthwhile to have a regional fighter practice in February?  Or should
we set the weekend aside to rest and repair armour?
