[NR] Northern Regional Knight Marshal

I will be posting this in the Black Star as well (if I'm able to), but I
will be stepping down as Northern Regional Knight Marshal at the end of
the reign of their Majesties Miguel and Conal.

If you are interested in serving in this capacity, please send me an
application no later than May 31st, 2002.  I will send reminder messages
out later this year.
