[NR] SCA liscence plates

I noticed it at Lillies last year.  I've thought about trying it here in
Oklahoma, but have never gotten around to checking on it..

group, have gotten specialized 'group' liscence plates...  is this something
that has ever been discussed here in Oklahoma?
