[NR] Combat Archery at Regional Practices

Greetings,
My plans currently include being present at the upcoming Regional
Fighter Practices. Authorization for Combat Archery is not a quick or
simple process, but I will talk with any that are interested. Gulf Wars
this year all archers will be full contact as you have probably seen.
