Financial Policy and Forms Classes

Greetings
Financial Policy and Forms Classes for June 16 at 1 pm.
This open to all interested or who need the classes.
Who may need the class Seneschals, Treasurers, Deputy Treasurers, and 
Financial Committee Members must have the Financial Policies class.  Only 
Treasurers and Deputy Treasurers must have the Financial Forms class.
The two classes combined will take 3 hours.
These classes have to be renewed every two years so if you had it, you may 
want to renew at this time.
We need to know how many are coming so there will be enough hand outs so 
please let me know by June 14.

The Shawnee Public Library is located on Main street in Shawnee, with ample 
parking to the north of the building.  The building is handicap accessible.

Take your best route to Broadway amd Main street in Shawnee, then go 3 
blocks east to Philadelphia street, the Library is on the North East corner.

Coming in from Norman, you can come up Beard street (Hwy 18), or get off at 
Farrell East exit on Hwy 177.  Continue from Farrel and Beard street north 
to Main street and go 4 blocks east.

Coming in from I-40 take the hwy 18 /Harrison exit.  Go South over 3 miles 
to Main Street.  Go west 6 blocks, across the railroad tracks to 
Philadelphia street.
