[NR] Awards given at NRT / WWM

For those who weren't able to make the event, here is what was given out 
in Her Majesties court.

Kheoniia Pskova, Fedora, Eirabel, Vogna Zherebtsovia, and Eirik 
Martinson were all given their Award of Arms.
Olivia de Calais, Rafe Slater, and Johann von Aue were recognized for 
their fighting skills with the Queen's Rapier.
Zorya Prazan was recognized for her skill in archery with a Sable Talon
Sable Thistles were given to Nikolaus Aurelius for leatherworking and to 
Audri de Lyon for cooking.
Liliana Byrnes was given a Sable Comet for her service to Mooneschadowe
and Jean Paul de Sens was made a Companion to the Star of Merit for all 
of his service to the kingdom.
