Greetings All,
     As the spectre of war draws neigh, we must begin to gather our forces
in defense of our lands from the ravenous hordes to the east! As Captain of
the Northern Regional Rapier forces for Gulf Wars this year, I would like to
take a census of our fighters. So, I beg a few moments of your time to fill

will have our first official meeting, as well as mellee practices, at the
upcoming Queen's Championship. *As for the local group commanders*, please
