Few if ever has there ever been a reign comparable to Yours. Owen,
>From moment one, When You unsheathed the Sword of State this was Your
Kingdom "The Ducat Stops with You". This assured assertiveness of You
both Represented a Constant in the minds and the hearts of Your
people.

At Gulf Wars with one of You staving of a staffy death... You Genevria
were the Glorious Monarch of Your lands. Queen Elizabeth Herself did
not do a better job with the English Empire! Your demeanor was truly
Majestic, Your smile beamed with care and compassion, and You
fulfilled the needs of everyone from Ansteorra as well as all other
Kingdoms during every activity all week long; even though Your Soul
Mate was in real peril.

During Your Reign, instead of a Knight who won a tourney and his
consort whom he favored, we had an actual King and Queen ascend to the
Thrown and Rule Their Land with Generosity, Compassion, Strength,
Intention, Attentiveness, Design, Humor, and yes... Love. This time
You gifted us as King and Queen is a benchmark. Not one set for the
purpose of attainment, but rather as a scaffolding from which, Your
Heirs and Their Heirs and many Heirs to come can continue to bring
forth into our society exquisite and cherished moments in time, which
facet The~Dream.
