[NR] Northern Regional Meeting

Greetings unto the Northern Region,

I have been informed by our hard working autocrats that due to there being so many classes offered at WinterKingdom(which is awesome), the class schedule has been forced to be extended to 4:50.  As a result the Northern Regional Meeting shall begin at 5:00 pm immediately following classes instead of 4:30.  We look forward to seeing everyone there.
