One good option for letting people know and have a voice in this would be to place an ad in the Black Star. The ad could list the polling website for people who have access to the Internet but are not subscribed to the list and a telephone number for those who do not.

For maximum privacy and convenience, you could get a Google Voice number and use the message to list the names and instruct callers to recite their vote after the beep. Then you would receive their votes as transcribed e-mails.

Anyway, the rates for the Black Star are as follows:

Full Page- $60 (5” x 7.5”)
Half Page- $30 (5” x 3.75”)
Quarter Page- $20 (3.75” x 1.875” or 2.5” x 3.75”)

Notes and Challenges: $0.15 cents per word (minimum $2)
