[NR] NORTHERN REGIONALNAMING a list for heralds and timeline

If people feel strongly about it,  contact the Crown.

I suggested the name as a possibility, a godd possibility in my opinion, but I won't contact the Crown over this myself.

The reason?

I am taking it as a sign, to leave the memory of the Wastelands untouched.
