[NR] NORTHERN REGIONALNAMING a list for heralds and timeline

Well, it WAS a typoe... :)

Quivara *does* show up occasionally, however - which is why I spelled it that way when I submitted it.

OTOH, there is an option for a minor change to it -- Quivaria, or Quiviria - "the Land of Quivira"

Honestly though, with the last batch, there is only one I am *vehemently* opposed to, and could make do with any of the others.
