[NR] NORTHERN REGIONALNAMING a list for heralds and timeline

Wikipedia has a reference to it, and it is noted on at least one 16th century map.  The fact that it is a SPANISH term for a region, or possibly a town, and not what the inhabitants called it doesn't seem to matter.
