[NR] New Seneschal of Haldtre

[Northern Seneschal via Northern]

Greetings,

I would like to announce we have a new seneschal taking over August 1, 2016
for the Canton of Haldtre, please help me welcome Lady Julian de Clare to
her new position.

I would also like to thank Caelainn inghean ui Dhorchaidhe for all her hard
work, service and time that she has put into her position as the first
seneschal of the incipient and then Canton of Haldtre.
