[NR] Chemin Noir Senescal

Greetings,

I would like to announce that Daireann (Debi Thorson) as the Seneschal for
the Canton of Chemin Noir.  I would also like to thank the applicants for
putting in for the position.  Both candidates would do a great job as
seneschal and it made the decision difficult. Your work and dedication is a
wonderful asset for the Canton.
