NK - Youth fighting

For those of you interested in having children participate in Youth Combat,
for liability reasons parents and/or court appointed guardians are the only
adults allowed to 'chaperone' a child at a youth fighter practice or
tournament.  This means that the minor's waiver which allows another adult
to take a child to an event *WILL NOT* allow the child to participate in
youth combat.

Just thought I'd pass that along now to encourage interested children to
start working on their parents now.... :-)
